Join the Friends for a trip in the greater Wellington area. On Friday evening we will meet up to view and talk about art. On Saturday we start the morning hosted by the Friends of Te Papa Tongarewa with morning tea and a talk by the curator of the ‘Surrealist Art: Masterpieces from Museum Boijmans Van Beuningen exhibition’. A tour of other galleries and places of interest in the afternoon. On Sunday we will go by bus to The Dowse Art Museum in Lower Hutt, then Porirua and a visit to Pataka Art + Museum. We will return to Wellington city later in the afternoon. 

Trip fee of $350 includes refreshments on Friday night, tickets to 'Surrealist Art: Masterpieces from Museum Boijmans Van Beuningen', lunches on Saturday & Sunday, transport to Lower Hutt and Porirua on Sunday.

Travel to and from Wellington, accommodation, and dinners are not included.
