The heavy flooding, fallen trees, insane detours, and generally unpleasant weather are all perhaps best summed up by this abandoned umbrella.
Stopping in the driving rain to take a snap was foolhardy at best, but I could just imagine the prior owner cursing "Piece of Crap!!" as it turned inside out for the umpteenth time and they cast it aside, drenched anyway. Keep warm and dry people!
