The shop has an excellent selection of gift ideas and is one of the best places in Christchurch to buy cards, prints, posters and art books.
With a car park under the Gallery complex and bus stops close by the Gallery provides comfortable convenient shopping.
Take a break to enjoy lunch at Alchemy, the café and wine bar and visit Form Gallery, a showcase of work by leading contemporary New Zealand craft artists specializing in jewellery, glass and ceramics.
The Shop is an important part of the Gallery operation with proceeds from your purchases supporting the Christchurch Art Gallery's Collections, exhibitions and programmes. Friends of the Gallery receive a 10% discount on presentation of their membership card.
