23 July – 5 August
Welcome to this fortnight's eNewsletter of Christchurch Art Gallery. A number of great events feature at the Gallery in the coming weeks. Visit on the weekend of 2nd and 3rd August to see a lively performance by The Queen City Big Band and to view the Sunday Cinema Classic film, La Dolce Vita. Also, don't miss Laurence Aberhart and Daniel Crooks: everywhere instantly, now on show at the Gallery.
|
The double-opening of Daniel Crooks: everywhere instantly and Laurence Aberhart was celebrated on Thursday 17th July. Crooks' extraordinary 'timeslice' videos and Aberhart's slow-release photographs combine to create a 'time-travelling' season at the Gallery. Make sure you pay a visit in the coming weeks to view the unique works of these artists.
